Vorher tanken Bill und Tom Kaulitz, 20, von Tokio Hotel im Bade-Urlaub Kraft. Für ihr Hotelzimmer geben die Zwillinge 3500 Dollar aus - pro Nacht! Dafür haben sie einen eigenen Pool, speisen in Gourmetrestaurants und werden rund um die Uhr von einem Personal Butler bedient. "Alle zwei Tage lassen sie sich im Wellness-Center massieren", weiß ein Gast. Der größte Luxus ist für Bill aber: ausschlafen. "Ich bin ein echter Langschläfer", erklärt der Sänger - und erinnert sich:"Zu Schulzeiten wurde ich um 5:30 Uhr geweckt, das ist doch Terror!" 
Da lebt es sich als Weltstar erheblich entspannter. Der Augenzeuge berichtete auch von 'späten Frühstücken - So gegen elf Uhr'. Aber: Ob Frontmann Bill wirklich dabei etwas zu sich nimmt ? Er ist dünner den je! "Keine Sorge, ich hab' keine Essstörung", beschwichtigt er. "Ich liebe Süßkram - und alles, was mit Käse überbacken ist." Neben seinem muskulösen Bruder kommt Bill aber besorgniserregend klapprig daher. "Quatsch!", ärgert sich der Teenie-Liebling. "Ich war schon immer so dünn und habe nur früher weitere Hosen getragen. Da fiel das nicht so auf."
