Magersucht und Alkoholexzesse... Was ist dran an den Gerüchten um Bill Kaulitz? Im Gespräch mit OK! redet der "Tokio Hotel"-Sänger endlich Klartext.
Auf die Magersucht-Gerüchte reagiert er gelassen. „An dem Gerede ist überhaupt nichts dran, da muss sich keiner Sorgen machen“, beruhigt uns Bill Kaulitz, 20, im Interview. „Ich esse – am liebsten alles, was überbacken ist, wie Aufläufe. Und auch Süßkram.“
Doch ansonsten ist das Leben des Tokio-Hotel-Sängers alles andere als gewöhnlich. „Ich bin dankbar, dass wir so viele Fans haben“, betont er. „Das bedeutet aber leider auch, dass ich unter ständiger Beobachtung stehe. Ich wünsche mir oft, ich wäre ein normaler Mensch, der normale Fehler machen kann, ohne dass sich die Welt das Maul darüber zerreißt.“ Zum Beispiel über die Vergangenheit der ehemaligen Schülerband.
„Mit 15 war ich viel unterwegs. Habe mich auch mal so abgeschossen, dass ich nicht mehr auf diesem Planeten war“, erzählt Bill freimütig. Aber diese Alkoholexzesse gehören der Vergangenheit an. „Das Ganze verliert irgendwann seinen Reiz. Ich habe meinen Körper viel zu gern, um ihm das anzutun. Und ich habe viel zu große Angst davor, die Kontrolle über mein Leben zu verlieren. Ich bin nämlich ein echter Kontrollfreak!“
Von Negativ-Schlagzeilen lässt sich Bill nicht mehr unterkriegen. „So paradox es klingt: Ich bin dankbar für alle Hasser da draußen. Mir ist es lieber zu polarisieren als zu langweilen.“ Deshalb denkt er auch gar nicht daran, seinen extravaganten Stil zu ändern. „Ich betrachte es als ein großes Stück Freiheit, mich zu kleiden, wie ich will. Das, was ich trage, ist schließlich Kunst“, sagt er selbstbewusst.
Aber es gibt auch Momente, bei denen Bill eher schüchtern wird. Etwa, wenn man ihn auf sein Privatleben und seine sexuellen Neigungen anspricht. „Ich hätte schon gern eine Freundin. Ich will mich verlieben, eine echte Beziehung“, sagt er. One-Night-Stands mit Groupies kommen für ihn nicht infrage. „Ich möchte meine knappe Freizeit nicht mit irgendeinem Mädchen verbringen, sondern mit einer Seelenverwandten.“
