BILD sprach mit den vier Teenie-Rockern von „Tokio Hotel“. Bill (20), Tom (20), Georg (22) und Gustav (21) über Liebe, Fans und schlechte Ohren.
BILD: Wart ihr eigentlich nach all den Jahren voller Mädchengekreische mal beim Hörtest?
Tom: „Nee. Aber Bill und ich hören von Geburt an schlecht. Deshalb sprechen wir auch so laut.“
Bill: „Ja, und wenn das noch schlechter geworden sein sollte, dann liegt es daran, dass wir super-laut Musik hören und nicht an dem Gekreische. Das ist übrigens das Geilste, was es gibt! Wir finden’s so schön, dass unsere Fans ihre Emotionen rausschreien.“
BILD: Ihr spielt am 28. Februar in der Color Line Arena. Worauf können sich eure Fans freuen?
Bill: „Nicht nur auf ein Live-Konzert, sondern auf eine ganz, ganz große Show. Zusammen mit einer Londoner Bühnendesignerin haben wir eine richtig coole Bühne entworfen – mit Pyrotechnik, LED-Wand und vielen beweglichen Elementen. Wir gehen mit zwei Tourbussen und mehr als zehn Trucks auf Tour.“
BILD: Themenwechsel! Bill, stimmt es, dass du keine Freundin mehr hattest, seit du 15 warst?
Bill: „Ja.“
BILD: Keine Zeit?
Bill: „Daran liegt es nicht nur. Wenn ich wirklich verliebt bin, lasse ich alles stehen und liegen, würde sogar die Stadt oder das Land verlassen. Aber dadurch, dass ich selten rausgehe, habe ich gar nicht die Möglichkeit, jemanden kennenzulernen oder einen Kontakt zu intensivieren – außer mit einem anderen Star oder einem Mitarbeiter.“
BILD: Wie muss SIE denn sein?
Bill: „Am Aussehen kann ich das gar nicht festmachen. Bei mir ist es Liebe auf den ersten Blick. Ich muss sofort das Gefühl haben, dass ich ihr vertrauen kann. Und sie sollte spontan und lebensfroh sein.“
BILD: Wie steht es um das Liebesleben der anderen?
Georg: „Ich habe seit fast einem Jahr eine Freundin.“
Tom: „Bis auf Georg sind wir alle Singles. Ich war noch nie in meinem Leben verliebt. Das liegt nicht am Äußeren, es gibt einen Haufen hübscher Frauen. Bei mir muss das Gesamtpaket stimmen.

Bill: „Yes, and when our hearing got even worse, then it’s because we hear super loud music and not because of alls the screaming. By the way, that’s the most wicked thing that exists! We think it’s great that our Fans scream they’re emotions out loud.“
BILD: On February 28th you’ll play a concert at the Color Line Arena. What can your Fans be excited about?
Bill: „It won’t just be a live concert, it’ll be a very, very big Show. We designed a really cool stage with a stage designer from London – with Pyrotechnics, a LED-Wall and a lot of moving elements. We’ll be going on Tour with 2 Tour Busses and more than 10 Trucks.“

BILD: Let’s change the subject! Bill, is it true that you didn’t have a girlfriend since you were 15?
Bill: „Yes.“

BILD: Not enough time?
Bill: „It isn’t only because of that. If I would be in love, I would leave everything behind – I would even leave the city or the country I live in. But since I go out very seldom, I don’t even have the chance to get to know someone better – except of a Celebrity or a employee.“

BILD: How would SHE have to be?
Bill: „I can’t set that on her look. For me it’s love at first sight. I have to immediately get the feeling that I can trust her. And she should be spontaneous and full of life.“

Georg: „I have a girlfriend since almost a year.“

Tom: „Except for Georg, we’re all single. I’ve never been in love. That’s not because of my appearance, there are a lot of good looking women. It’s about the whole package."
